1. Publisher

The site ai.proredaction.com is published by EDULAB LIMITED, a company incorporated in Hong Kong, established at No. 5, 17/F, Strand 50, 50 Bonham Strand, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong, which also publishes the service proredaction.com. Contact: info@proredaction.com, +33 7 57 69 15 00. The server is hosted in France (Hostinger); delivery is provided by Cloudflare.

2. Scope and acceptance

These terms govern the use of the tools published on ai.proredaction.com: reference checking, methodological review, outline and bibliography generators, document review and interview rehearsal. By using any of them you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.

This site complements the main service proredaction.com. Any order for writing, correction or coaching placed with that service is governed by its own terms of sale. How your data is processed is described in our privacy policy.

3. What the tools do, and what they do not

Our tools produce an indicative methodological analysis, meant to save you time on work that remains yours.

Explicit limits, without exception:

They are not artificial intelligence or plagiarism detectors, and they give no “AI probability”.
They guarantee no grade, no pass and no acceptance of a submission.
They do not predict the decision of an examiner, a supervisor or an awarding body, who alone are competent to decide.
The reference grids we use are indicative reconstructions: where they differ from the official documents of your institution, those documents always prevail.
They replace neither legal advice, nor accredited guidance, nor your institution's decision.

4. Your undertakings

You are the author of your work and remain responsible for it. These tools help you structure and check it; they do not write it for you.
You check that your use complies with the rules of your institution, in particular its rules on outside assistance and on declaring the use of digital tools.
You upload only documents you are entitled to use, and you avoid leaving other people's personal data in them (colleagues, patients, students, clients): anonymise before analysing.
You agree not to disrupt the operation of the site, nor to extract its content in bulk by automated means.
You must have the legal capacity to enter into these terms. The tools are not intended for users under 16 without the agreement of a legal guardian.

5. Access, free use and payment

No account is needed: what you enter stays in your browser.
Some tools are free. The others display an indicative price.
Online payment is not open yet: no card details are requested and no money is taken on this site. Genuinely paid services are ordered from the main service, under its terms of sale.
Access is provided “as is”, with no commitment to continuous availability. We may change, suspend or withdraw a tool.

6. Intellectual property

You keep all rights over the texts, documents and information you upload: we acquire no rights over them and, since they never leave your browser, we hold no copy of them.

The structure of the site, its editorial content, its analysis grids, its code and its visual identity remain the property of the publisher. You may freely use the reports produced for your own work, but not republish them as a competing service.

7. Liability

Because the results are indicative and produced automatically from what you provide, they may contain errors or omissions: a reference may be flagged wrongly, a criterion misread, a missing source not detected. It is for you to check every conclusion before relying on it.

The publisher cannot be held liable for the academic or professional consequences of a decision taken on the sole basis of a tool's output, nor for a temporary unavailability of the site or of a third-party service it calls (Crossref, OpenAlex, HAL).

8. Links and third-party services

The site links to official resources and queries public bibliographic databases. We control neither their content, nor their availability, nor their own terms of use.

9. Changes to these terms

These terms may be amended, in particular when online payment or the collection of contact details opens. The applicable version is the one published on this page, with the update date shown at the top.

10. Complaints

For any question or complaint about these tools, write to info@proredaction.com. We look for an amicable solution first. Disputes about orders placed on proredaction.com are governed by the terms of that service.
