The competency areas come from the profile you pick, not from a generic list. They are what an assessor will hold your evidence against.
Anyone can produce fluent paragraphs about competencies nobody can check. An assessor is doing the opposite job: pulling on each claim to see what document is behind it and what part of the work was actually yours. A portfolio falls apart on the gaps, the borrowed “we”, and the result with no number, never on the prose. So we structure and challenge; you write.
One row per activity: competency area, what you did, the document, the result. Each row is checked as you type.
Two reviews are built into the route as gates. Nothing opens the next stage until a person has read your map.
You export the outline, write the portfolio yourself, then work through the interview questions area by area.
No, and deliberately not. The tool structures what you tell us, checks each row mechanically and hands the substance to a human adviser. A generated portfolio reads well and collapses at the first question, because you cannot defend sentences you did not live.
Because rules can see that a document is missing; only a person can tell you that the experience you describe does not actually demonstrate the competency being claimed. That is the difference between this package and a word processor, so it is not switchable.
The mapping tool is the matrix on its own, at €49, and you use it alone. This package is the whole route (scoping, map, evidence, writing, pre-submission, interview) with an adviser reading your work twice.
The workspace stays in your browser's local storage on this device. What you send to an adviser, you send deliberately, by e-mail.
